Weddings and Events

I require at least a one month notice for weddings and larger events. One month is the minimum and I cannot guarantee I will be able to do exactly what you want or that I will have availability.  Short notice wedding and event orders are subject to an additional fee.

Weddings and special events will be charged a delivery fee which is based on where the event is located and how large the order is.  There will also be a set up fee for weddings and special events which is determined based on what you would like.  The delivery and set up fee will be quoted after we discuss your order.  You may set your event up yourself if you like, but to be honest, I prefer doing it.  Don't worry, I am not going to charge you hundreds of dollars for this service, I just need to get paid for my time.  If I supply items for the display you will need to pay an additional deposit for those items, if they are returned to me within one week from your event date the entire deposit will be refunded. 

Upon booking I will require that you sign a contract and pay a deposit.  The deposit will be 20% of your estimated cost and goes towards your order.  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

I will need a final headcount two weeks prior to your event and payment in full will be due at that time.  After I have received your full payment, there will be no refunds once we enter into the two weeks prior to your event.
